By participating in any training plans, programs, or exercises provided by Saturno Movement, you acknowledge and agree that physical exercise involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, damages, or losses, which may be sustained as a result of participation.

Equipment & Environment Safety:

You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining your own exercise equipment (such as rings, bars, mats, bands, etc.) and ensuring that it is properly set up, in good condition, and safe to use. You are also responsible for choosing an appropriate and safe environment to perform exercises, free from hazards. Saturno Movement is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of any equipment or unsafe training environments.

Results Disclaimer:

Saturno Movement makes no guarantees of specific fitness outcomes or results. Progress will vary depending on individual effort, physical condition, and other factors beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saturno Movement, its owners, coaches, affiliates, and partners are not liable for any injuries, health conditions, damages, or losses arising from the use of our website, programs, memberships, or email content, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. Participation in all programs is at your own risk.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Saturno Movement be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the website or in email campaigns, even if Saturno Movement has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Additional Clause: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the services in question.

However, Saturno Movement does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Access may be suspended temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, or factors beyond our control (such as internet outages or hosting failures). We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from interruptions or unavailability of the Services.

8. Site Terms of Use Modifications

Saturno Movement may revise these Terms of Use for its website or email campaigns at any time without notice. By using this website or subscribing to email communications, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Use.

9. Governing Law

Any claim relating to Saturno Movement's website, memberships, or email campaigns shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Protection of Children

Our Services are intended for an adult audience only, and children under the age of eighteen (18) are not eligible to use this Website, Membership, or email campaigns. We require all Users to be at least eighteen (18) years old to use any area of the Services. We ask that minors (under the age of eighteen 18) do not submit any personal information to us.

11. Membership

You can become a Saturno Movement Member by signing up to pay monthly or annual fees for unlimited access to our "Training Plans." Training plans are online video programming that we offer as part of Saturno Movement Membership.

12. Recurring Billing

The membership fee will be billed at the beginning of the paying portion of your membership and each month or year thereafter unless and until you cancel your membership. We automatically bill your payment method each month on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your paying membership. We reserve the right to change our billing timing, in particular, if your payment method has not successfully been charged.

Additional Clause: By starting a membership, you expressly acknowledge and agree that your membership has recurring payment features, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.

13. No Refunds

Payments are non-refundable and there are no credits for partially used periods. Following a cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to your Saturno Movement Membership through the end of your current billing period.

Additional Clause: Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

14. Cancellations

You may cancel your Saturno Movement Membership at any time for any reason. To cancel your recurring subscription, please visit the settings page in the profile tab then click on cancel membership button. Following a cancellation, you will lose access to all Training Plans you enrolled in during your membership at the end of your billing period. If you choose to sign back up as a member, your billing date will update to the day you paid.

If you subscribed through Apple (App Store / iTunes), all billing, cancellations, and refunds are managed directly by Apple. Saturno Movement cannot cancel these subscriptions on your behalf. To cancel, you must log in to your Apple account and manage your subscription settings there.

If you subscribed through Android (Google Play) or directly through the Saturno Movement website, your payments are processed via the same payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Teachable). These subscriptions are managed directly by Saturno Movement, and you may cancel at any time through your account settings on our website.

15. Third-Party Content

We may email or provide you coupons, offers, and other specials from third parties (collectively "Promotions"). Saturno Movement is not responsible for the redemption, errors, omissions, or expiration of Promotions. All Promotions featured as a part of the Service are subject to change without notice and we have no control over their legality or the ability of any merchant to complete the Promotion.

The Service may contain links to Web pages and content of third parties ("Third-Party Content") as a service to those interested in this information. We do not monitor, endorse, or adopt, or have any control over, any Third-Party Content. We undertake no responsibility to update or review any Third-Party Content and can make no guarantee as to its accuracy or completeness.

Additionally, if you follow a link or otherwise navigate away from the Service, please be aware that these Terms will no longer govern. You should review the applicable terms and policies, including privacy and data gathering practices, of any Third-Party Content provider to which you navigate from the Service. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal. We do not store or have access to your full credit card details. By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it.

17. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Sharing your account with others is strictly prohibited.

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your membership, access to services, or email subscription at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms.

19. Email Marketing

By subscribing to Saturno Movement's email campaigns, newsletters, or promotional content, you consent to receive marketing and educational emails from us. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link included in every email. Email addresses collected are used solely for Saturno Movement communications and will not be sold or rented to third parties.
